Jon Paul Morosi of FOXSports.com reports that Roy Oswalt still doesn't expect to pitch in the majors before June. Oswalt's agent, Bob Garber, announced last month that the veteran right-hander plans to stay in shape for a return around mid-season. It's assumed that he would prefer to pitch for the Cardinals or Rangers in order to be closer to his Mississippi home, but one report recently indicated that he would be willing to pitch anywhere. It will be interesting to see if St. Louis steps up their pursuit if Chris Carpenter (neck) is sidelined for an extended period of time. Mar. 22 - 3:39 pm et Source:Jon Paul Morosi on Twitter
