Ryan Freel singled in both of his at-bats and drove in a run Monday to help the Reds top the Tigers 6-4. Freel has 10 hits in his last 19 at-bats, giving him a .378/.410/.378 line for the spring. Perhaps the Reds will go with a platoon of him and Corey Patterson initially, though that would leave Norris Hopper out of the mix.
