ESPN's Buster Olney reports that the Indians will not sign free agent right-hander Kyle Lohse. The Indians swooped in to sign Michael Bourn after his market was slowed because he was tied to draft pick compensation, so some have speculated that they could take the same approach Lohse, who is also a Scott Boras client. However, it appears the Indians aren't willing to go there.
