Jason Jennings: Report: Rangers re-sign Jennings

    Jason Jennings - R - TEX - Feb. 6 - 10:09 am et

Rangers re-signed RHP Jason Jennings to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training.
Jennings went 0-5 with an 8.56 ERA in six starts with the Rangers last season after signing a one-year, $4 million deal, undergoing season-ending surgery to repair a torn flexor tendon in May. He may have to prove himself in the minors to get another crack at the rotation, but the Rangers were looking for depth after backing out of a deal for Ben Sheets. Feb. 6 - 10:09 am et
