    Pedro Feliciano has not thrown off a mound since he was diagnosed in April with a torn shoulder capsule.
    Feliciano has begun playing catch, however, and will have another flat-ground session Tuesday. He's slowly but surely making his way back from a fairly serious shoulder injury and should be fully ready around late July. Jun. 14 - 11:34 am et
