ESPN's Buster Olney reports the Red Sox "remain open" about working out a deal with Cody Ross. The Red Sox agreed to a two-year deal with Jonny Gomes on Wednesday, but Olney suggests that they haven't ruled out re-signing Ross, despite the fact that they haven't made any progress in talks since the end of the regular season. Ross is believed to be seeking a three-year, $25 million contract in free agency. He has received interest from the Braves and Phillies, among others. Nov. 23 - 2:36 pm et Source:ESPN.com
