Red Sox manager Ben Cherington said Jacoby Ellsbury (shoulder) could rejoin the team by the first week of July at the earliest. It's really a rough timetable, as Ellsbury has yet to resume baseball-related activities, and we won't have a better idea about his status until that happens.
