    Scott Feldman: Rangers cut Feldman, Shelton

    Rangers optioned RHP Scott Feldman to Triple-A Oklahoma; reassigned INF Ryan Roberts, INF Edgardo Alfonzo, 1B Chris Shelton and RHP Jason Davis to minor league camp.
    Feldman, who has had success with his new higher arm angle, is expected to be a starter in Triple-A. Alfonzo goes after hitting .308/.333/.346 in 28 at-bats. Shelton, who was doomed when the Rangers said they wouldn't platoon Ben Broussard, was 5-for-17. Mar. 22 - 2:07 pm et
