Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports that the Athletics have interest in Cuban left-hander Aroldis Chapman, however they were not among the teams meeting with him in New York this week. Chapman is expected to net somewhere around $40-60 million, so the Athletics are a longshot destination for the 21-year-old fireballer.
