Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reports that the Reds, among "others," are in on Cuban left-hander Aroldis Chapman, but the Blue Jays are the favorite. Well, that's a new one. The Reds recently saved some money by renegotiating Scott Rolen's contract, but the Blue Jays appear to be in better position after shedding Roy Halladay, Alex Rios and Rolen. According to Rosenthal, Jays team president Paul Beeston gets along well with the Hendricks brothers, who have represented Roger Clemens in the past.
