Super agent Scott Boras said Saturday that Korean lefty Ryu Hyun-Jin is MLB-ready, and could immediately be a number three starter in a big league rotation. Boras added that Ryu intends to be a starting pitcher, and how the Dodgers plan to use him will impact his decision on whether or not to sign.
