White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen said that he expects Carlos Quentin (knee) to return to the starting lineup against the Royals on Friday. "[Wednesday], as soon as he said 'I don't feel good enough,' then I said, 'You don't play [Thursday], either,'" Guillen said. "Just to make sure he knows he is not playing and he can worry about his knee. I expect him to play [tonight]." Quentin hasn't played since Monday due to a sore left knee.
