    Jimmie Johnson won the AAA Texas 500, his 60th victory in 397 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races.
    This is the No. 48 Chevrolet driver's fifth victory and 24th top-10 finish in 2012. Johnson has now won two consecutive races, pushing his Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup wins record to 22. It is his second victory and 14th top-10 finish in 19 races at Texas Motor Speedway. This is Chevrolet's 700th NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory.
