Dale Earnhardt Jr. was at the top of the speed chart in the Happy Hour practice leading to the Sprint Cup Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.
The No. 88 Chevrolet SS driver put up a 198.592 mph lap in the final practice. No. 38 David Gilliland, No. 15 Clint Bowyer, No. 9 Marcos Ambrose and No. 43 Aric Almirola were the rest of the top five and No. 47 Bobby Labonte was the slowest of the 33 cars running in this session.
