    Johnny Sauter is fastest in Happy Hour for the Camping World Truck Series Lucas Oil 150 at Phoenix International Raceway.
    Sauter, at 131.617 mph in the No. 13 Chevrolet Silverado, was the fastest of the 35 trucks out on the track for the final practice leading to Friday night’s event. No. 88 Matt Crafton, No. 33 Ron Hornaday Jr. No. 16 Brian Scott and No. 60 Stacy Compton were the rest of the top 5 on the speed chart.
