Stephen Curry: Smart's staff has Indiana feel to it

    Stephen Curry - G - GS - Sep. 24 - 11:16 am et

Keith Smart's crew of assistant coaches has an Indiana feel to it, and will include Stephen Silas, Calbert Cheaney, Jerry Sichting and Robert Werdann, while Mark Price will serve as a part-time shooting coach.
Smart and Cheaney played at Indiana University, while Jerry Sichting played for Martinsville High School, Purdue and the Pacers. Silas is the son of Paul Silas, while Werdann went to St. John's and played for the Nuggets and Nets in his NBA career. If Smart doesn't work out after a year or so, it's possible Sichting could be next in line. Sep. 24 - 11:16 am et
