Bobcats rookie Bismack Biyombo's team in Spain, Fuenlabrada, will retain his rights, meaning he will not be allowed to play for the Bobcats this season. The courts did not allow Biyombo to break his agreement with his Spanish team, so this is very disappointing news for Biyombo and the Bobcats.
