Cavaliers rookie Dion Waiters "will be given every opportunity" to start at SG this season, according to beat writer Bob Finnan. No surprise here, as the Cavs used the No. 4 overall pick on Waiters and don't have much competition for SG minutes beyond newly-signed C.J. Miles and (when healthy) Daniel Gibson.
