Chris Kaman will not play against the Hawks on Saturday due to a sore Achilles. Kaman won't even travel with the team, and it's possible the club could opt to put him through some further testing to assess the extent of the injury. With a long history of having different types of injuries limit him, this isn't how Kaman wanted to round out the preseason, especially given that Dirk Nowitzki just had knee surgery as well.
