Dolphins coach Tony Sparano is not assured of returning, according to NFL.com's Jason La Canfora. La Canfora adds that GM Jeff Ireland is very likely to keep his job, but people close to Bill Cowher don't expect "the chin" to land in Miami. Cowher would demand a huge salary and would also want more control over football operations, two things that the Dolphins likely won't be offering. After an 11-5 season in his first year at the helm, Sparano has gone 7-9 in each of the last two seasons. Jan. 3 - 11:06 am et Source:Jason La Canfora on Twitter
