Ladell Betts tore both his ACL and MCL during Sunday's loss to the Cowboys and will need surgery. Betts' season is over, just as he was getting a chance to show what he could do with Clinton Portis (concussion) out. The Redskins will now be forced to turn to Rock Cartwright and Quinton Ganther as their primary runners behind a backup-level offensive line.
