Jaguars CB Rashean Mathis (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills. It's unclear exactly how long Mathis will be out, but it could be multiple games. When Mathis missed the Week 8 loss to the Titans with a finger injury, FS Reggie Nelson shifted to corner.
