The Newark Star-Ledger was hearing that free agent Derrick Ward's price tag was down to as low as $2.5 million a year at the NFL Combine. Ward originally began looking for $4 million annually. It seems like his value isn't as high as he hoped, but he's still by far the top tailback available in free agency. It will be a shock if he gets less than $3 million a year.
