Vince Young's jersey and shoulder pads were prepared in the locker room Sunday morning as if Young (questionable, knee) has a chance to play against the Eagles. A Titans trainer slipped Young's No. 10 jersey over his pads before Kerry Collins had done so. This is far from a sure sign that Young will play, but there still appears to be a sliver of hope.
