New Bills backup QB Tarvaris Jackson agreed to slash his salary from $4 million to $1.75 million in order to expedite his trade to Buffalo. Jackson's new contract probably allows him to earn some or the entire pay cut back via incentives, although they're certainly "unlikely to be earned" as he's entrenched behind Ryan Fitzpatrick.
