Calvin Johnson: Megatron held in check by Tillman and Bears

    Calvin Johnson - WR - DET - Oct. 23 - 12:22 am et

Calvin Johnson was held to just three catches for 34 yards in Detroit's Week 7 loss to the Bears.
Megatron caught just three of his 12 targets on the night and was absolutely shut down by Charles Tillman. Chicago also used a two-deep safety look to help shut down Johnson, which is becoming the thing to do around the NFL with offenses that feature just one dynamic, explosive receiver. Johnson came close to finding the end zone on a one-yard target, but Tillman knocked the ball out of his hands before completing the catch. It won't get easier in Week 8 with Seattle's big, physical corners coming to town. There's nothing to worry about here, though. Detroit has Jacksonville in Week 9. Oct. 23 - 12:22 am et
