Coach Marvin Lewis says the Bengals haven't ruled out re-signing free agent WR Jerome Simpson. However, Lewis did allow that bringing Simpson back would create issues "both on and off the field." Simpson is facing up to 60 days in jail as part of a plea agreement in his felony drug case, and is expected to be handed at least a four-game ban by the NFL.
