Joe Webb will start at quarterback for the Vikings at Philadelphia in Tuesday's Week 16 contest. Patrick Ramsey is active as the No. 2 quarterback. If you've waited this long on Webb, there's no reason to take him out of the lineup as a receiver option in Yahoo leagues. It's reasonable to expect 10-15 points out of Webb, barring injury.
