ESPN Chicago expects a true training camp battle between J'Marcus Webb and Chris Williams for the left tackle job. Webb struggled badly in pass protection last season, committing a league-high 15 offensive penalties and blowing 11.5 blocks that led directly to sacks or holding penalties. The Bears addressed the situation by eliminating seven-stop drops and moving Williams from guard to tackle. Jay Cutler desperately needs one of the two to step up on his blind side.
