Rams agreed to terms with No. 39 overall pick CB Janoris Jenkins on a four-year, $5 million contract. The deal includes $3.1 million guaranteed. Per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, that's the biggest increase in percentage of guaranteed money for any second-rounder over their 2011 equivalent. It's unclear what, if any, protective language is included in the deal. One of the draft's most gifted but troubled talents, Jenkins could immediately emerge as a starter opposite RCB Cortland Finnegan if he's truly moved beyond his myriad off-the-field issues. A focused and committed Jenkins could be a long-term difference maker on St. Louis' defense. Jul. 24 - 10:05 pm et Source:Jim Thomas on Twitter
