Roy Helu: Roy Helu more of a 'change of pace' back?

    Roy Helu - RB - WAS - Jul. 27 - 4:45 pm et

After visiting Redskins training camp, SI's Don Banks came away suggesting Roy Helu might be "more of a change-of-pace option" in the Redskins' backfield this season.
Banks also suggested Tim Hightower may still have the "inside track" to start, based on the coaching staff's trust of the veteran. Banks acknowledges that Helu is "the best pure runner" of the group -- which also includes Evan Royster -- and possesses "great burst." We still like Helu to emerge from the pack when all is said and done. The mainstream notions would tell you otherwise. Jul. 27 - 4:45 pm et
