Chris Hogan: 'Hard Knocks' star amongst Dolphins cuts

    Chris Hogan - WR - BUF - Aug. 31 - 10:46 pm et

Dolphins waived or released WR Chris Hogan, DTs Isaako Aaitui and Ryan Baker, LBs Shelly Lyons and Cameron Collins, OL Lydon Murtha, Andrew McDonald, Chandler Burden and Will Barker, CBs Vincent Agnew, Kevyn Scott and Quinten Lawrence, S Anderson Russell and DE Jarrell Root.
Root was waived/injured, while Scott was waived with an injury settlement. One of the stars of Hard Knocks, Hogan has been cut loose despite earning the nickname 7-11 — because he's always open — from Reggie Bush. He's a strong candidate for the practice squad. Murtha was waived despite being tendered at the second-round level last spring. Aug. 31 - 10:46 pm et
