Brian Westbrook (concussion) was given Friday's practice off and is listed as "questionable" for Week 9, but is expected to play against Dallas. Coach Andy Reid held Westbrook out of practice for precautionary reasons, as he often does on Fridays. Westbrook fully participated on Wednesday and Thursday.
