Ryan Tannehill: Tannehill grading higher than Gabbert, Ponder

    Ryan Tannehill - QB - MIA - Feb. 17 - 6:14 pm et

According to NFL Network's Albert Breer, "some clubs" have a higher grade on Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill than they did for Blaine Gabbert and Christian Ponder last year.
Ponder was probably a second-rounder on many boards, but Gabbert was pretty much universally rated as a first-rounder. Per Breer, scouts do question why Tannehill didn't win more games in college. "He's got all the throwing talent, the athletic ability, the strength," said one scout. "You can see everything, it's all there. But when it's nut-cutting time, you don't see it. A&M had a lot of close games, and something would always go wrong." Feb. 17 - 6:14 pm et
