ESPN's John Clayton suggested on SportsCenter Wednesday night that the Jaguars are hoping the Chiefs make a move up for Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill so that Jacksonville can trade out of the No. 7 spot. Clayton described the Jags as "desperate" to trade down, and that's been the indication coming out of Jacksonville, as well. He acknowledged that a trade with the Chiefs is "probably not gonna happen," but Jags GM Gene Smith is keeping his fingers crossed. Kansas City isn't believed to be high enough on Tannehill to trade up, but GM Scott Pioli would likely give Tannehill strong consideration if he fell past the Browns at 4 and Dolphins at 8.
