Melvin Ingram: Chargers GM not worried about Ingram's arms

    Melvin Ingram - LB - LAC - May. 1 - 10:06 am et

Chargers GM A.J. Smith isn't worried about No. 18 pick OLB Melvin Ingram's short arms.
Some evaluators believe Ingram's 31.5-inch arms will give him trouble against longer offensive tackles, but Smith doesn't think it will be an issue. "I think Melvin will have the same problem Tyrannosaurus Rex had millions of years ago," Smith deadpanned. Perhaps the draft's top pass-rusher, Ingram will be counted on to fortify a Bolts pass rush that notched only 32 sacks in 2011. May. 1 - 10:06 am et
