Fletcher Cox: Rams to draft Fletcher Cox with No. 6 pick?

    Fletcher Cox - DL - PHI - Apr. 19 - 12:33 pm et

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora suggests that the Rams could throw the first "major curveball" of next week's draft, by selecting Mississippi State DT Fletcher Cox with the No. 6 pick.
ESPN's John Clayton hears the same. Picks 1-5 are tentatively expected to be Andrew Luck (Colts), Robert Griffin (Redskins), Matt Kalil (Vikings), Trent Richardson (Browns), and Morris Claiborne (Buccaneers). "And it says here Fletcher Cox is the guy for the Rams," writes La Canfora. St. Louis would be selecting Cox over Justin Blackmon in this scenario. It's an idea that certainly shouldn't be ruled out.
