Making his NFL debut, Ronnie Hillman rushed twice for seven yards in Denver's Week 3 loss to Houston. He added one catch for a solitary yard. Hillman had a chance to make a nice impression after Willis McGahee left with a third-quarter rib injury, but instead watched Lance Ball wheeze out 16 yards on seven carries. Two of Ball's carries came before McGahee's departure. It's clear the Broncos don't yet trust Hillman enough to take off the training wheels, but they may have no choice if McGahee isn't ready for Week 4. Hillman would be a more compelling fantasy fill-in than Ball if McGahee can't give it a go, but it's also possible the Broncos could give Knowshon Moreno another chance after he was a healthy scratch this weekend. It's a situation to monitor closely during the week. Sep. 23 - 8:58 pm et
