After watching three game tapes of Arizona QB Nick Foles, NFL Films guru Greg Cosell observed an inability to drive intermediate and sideline passes and slow arm speed. Cosell only saw Foles make NFL-caliber throws "once in a while," and considers Foles a "major projection" based on the limited skill set he showed in Arizona's one-read, shotgun-heavy offense. Foles was once a popular pick to claim the draft's third quarterback spot, but he lacks coordinated footwork and possesses an elongated release that limits his velocity. We expect Foles to come off the board in the late fourth or fifth round. Mar. 10 - 5:58 pm et Source:Greg Cosell on Twitter
