Two NFL front office men told the National Football Post's Dan Pompei last fall that Dolphins undrafted rookie WR Jeff Fuller was a first-round talent. Fuller had no worse than second-round grades from scouts entering his senior season. He dropped far too many passes in 2011, however, and struggled at the Senior Bowl before suffering a stress fracture in his foot.
