Rod Streater caught four passes for 27 yards and a touchdown, while adding a two-point conversion in Week 1. Streater also lost a fumble on his first NFL catch. The preseason hype didn't carry over to the real deal, but he saved himself by securing the touchdown in the last minute. Streater was targeted a whopping eleven times by Carson Palmer, catching his first three and then his last one.
