Shawn Horcoff: Shawn Horcoff favors dissolving the union

    Shawn Horcoff - C - EDM - Dec. 17 - 4:42 pm et

Shawn Horcoff is in favor of dissolving the union and he thinks he's in the majority on that one.
The players are currently voting to determine if the NHLPA board should have the authority to file a disclaimer of interest. "Guys are going to be pretty highly in favor of it," Horcoff said. "I’ve been in conference calls with 200-300 players. We just feel at this point the union has done everything they can for us and we’re not getting anywhere. It’s time for us to go in a different direction." The NHL has already filed a lawsuit against the players in anticipation of the NHLPA's next move, so if the two sides don't agree to a new CBA soon, the next arena of this lockout might be the courtroom. Dec. 17 - 4:42 pm et
