It still has not been decided if Josh Harding will start in Friday's game against the Thrashers. Number one goalie Niklas Backstrom made 19 saves on 22 shots in a 4-3 shootout loss to Tampa Bay on Thursday night and it is unclear if he will get the nod again. If Harding gets the call it will be his first start since October 16th. In his previous two starts, he has not fared well posting an 0-2 record with a 5.50 goals-against average and a .738 save percentage. Stay tuned.
