Justin Schultz: Coach says Schultz leaving wasn't GM's fault

    Justin Schultz - D - EDM - Jun. 30 - 10:10 am et

Ducks coach Bruce Boudreau says Ducks GM Bob Murray shouldn't be blamed for prospect Justin Schultz's decision to not sign with Anaheim.
Schultz instead decided to wait until he became an unrestricted free agent and could sign with any team. He's debating between starting his NHL career with Toronto, Ottawa, the New York Rangers, Vancouver, and Edmonton. "Bob did absolutely everything right and everything in his power," Boudreau said. "He was told all the right things and it’s not coming to fruition. The Anaheim Ducks did everything that they could for him. So that’s disappointing." Schultz might already be capable of serving as a top-four defenseman at the NHL level and the Ducks certainly could have used him. Jun. 30 - 10:10 am et
