Jordon Mutch scored a spectacular goal in added time as Cardiff won their first Premier League away game.

Mutch's game winning goal put Cardiff up 2-1 in the 92nd minute. Fulham had equalized after Cardiff opened up the scoring early with a goal from Steven Caulker but they couldn't hold on to the tie and lost a valuable point at home. Cardiff dominated the majority of the game and it paid off with the late goal. Fulham look to be relegation bound and need to make changes quickly before it's too late.

David De Gea will continue to watch on from afar as Manchester United attempts to decide his short and long term fate. Sergio Romero will deputize again at the Liberty Stadium.

As the David De Gea saga rolls on, the logic that Manchester United are employing to decide what their next move becomes less and less clear. They aren't getting any immediate benefit out of one of the best players on their roster. They, and specifically Louis Van Gaal, seem to be straining the relationship thereby reducing the chances that De Gea's heart will be in it if he does end up staying. At the same time, United seem like they are content to let the keeper stay only to lose him on a free next summer. Maybe there's a strategic plan that none of us are seeing but it surely isn't obvious and whatever it is had better work because United will look terrible if it doesn't.

Marcos Rojo will make the squad for a Premier League match for the first time this season as United travel to Wales for a Week 4 match against last season's tormentors Swansea.

Marcos Rojo sure took his time recovering from his Copa America experience over the summer. While other participants who went just as far in the tournament have been back for a couple of weeks, Rojo is just now rounding into match fitness. With Chris Smalling looking very good and Daley Blind seemingly entrenched at the other center back spot (and United having yet to concede in the league), Rojo will likely have to wait his turn now that he is fit. Not exactly what you'd expect from a high profile transfer in last summer.

Gael Clichy's prognosis had been a bit murky thus far but Manuel Pelligrini clarified this week that the left back would be out another six or seven weeks.

While this is bad news for Clichy and fans of depth at the left back position, it is great for Aleksandar Kolarov and everyone who took a risk on picking him up in fantasy leagues. By no means a sure starter, Kolarov has been the most productive defender in most formats thus far with three clean sheets and a goal to his credit as well as a bundle of peripheral stats. Another nearly two months of starts will be a huge bonus for managers who might have been getting nervous at the potential return of last season's regular starter.

The newly signed Nicholas Otamendi remains unavailable as he awaits his work permit after signing with Manchester City.

Eliaquim Mangala owners will be happy that their man has received an administrative stay of execution (or at least benching) as Otamendi's lack of work permit will mean that the France international will continue to start alongside Vincent Kompany at the heart of City's defense. With Watford, City's Week 4 opponent, not having scored in their past two matches there is every chance that City and Mangala will put up a fourth consecutive clean sheet to start the season.

Newly signed Ola Toivonen will be immediately welcomed into the Sunderland squad and may even get a start in his first week at the Stadium of Light.

Sunderland are looking for answers and Toivonen has been brought in to potentially be one of those answers. Jermain Defoe has been Jermain Defoe and Jeremain Lens has been an assist machine so far but the Black Cats need more at just about every position if they are to avoid the relegation race. Exactly where Swedish international Toivonen fits remains to be seen. As an attacking midfielder, his goal record in Holland was exceptional but when viewed more as a forward his production in the Eredivisie and Ligue 1 wasn't anything special. His debut, either as a substitute or a starter, deserves some attention to see where he fits and whether he looks to be ready to compete in the Premier League after only registering 14 goals in 46 appearances for Rennes over a season and a half.

Bojan looked like he'd be ready to start last weekend but Mark Hughes played it safe, will this be the week he gets his first start of the season for the Potters.

Who would have guessed that Stoke City would ever field a starting eleven that includes high profile flair-type players like Bojan and Xherdan Shaqiri but that's exactly what could happen this weekend as the two are likely to feature together for the first time. Former manager Tony Pulis will barely recognize the red and white striped squad that he used to lead with those sorts of skills on display. With the Baggies struggling so far and Stoke City restored to close to full strength the Potters seem likely to get the better of their old manager.

Chris Brunt injured his hamstring against Port Vale in the League Cup in mid-week and had to be substituted. He remains a significant doubt for Saturday's match against Stoke City.

Brunt, probably still somewhat angry after James Morrison bullied his way into taking a penalty against Chelsea and subsequently missing it, may have to wait for a more satisfying league outing. His hamstring complaint seems likely to force him out of this week's trip to the Britannia to face Stoke City. Brunt's absence would open up an opportunity for another Baggies player (McManaman?) to take kicks and corners and even a penalty if one were to be awarded. Let's hope it isn't Morrison who gets that spot if the need arises.

Adnan Januzaj has been ruled out of Manchester United's Week 4 trip to the Liberty Stadium with a hip injury.

Januzaj was only marginally effective in the playing time that he has received so far this season. With Marouane Fellaini eligible after serving his three match ban and Ander Herrera looming on the bench, it could be that Januzaj was going to be rotated anyway. His hip injury removes all doubt as the Belgium international will have to wait until at least after the international break before finding out where he stands in Louis Van Gaal's midfield pecking order.

Steve McClaren has indicated that Moussa Sissoko has "healed well" this week from the groin injury he suffered in Week 2, but cannot declare the midfielder fit quite yet.

In all leagues other than the official FPL.com game, given that the Magpies have the early Saturday kickoff, you should be able to get a look at team news in the morning and decide what to do with Sissoko if you own him. Even if he does lace the boots, it is a tough fixture and he may only be used for 45-60 minutes, so it would be recommended to go with another option if at all possible.

Dusan Tadic started out the season well in fantasy but not well enough to keep his place in the starting line-up as he sits on the bench again in Denmark.

Southampton have been leaking goals this season and Ronald Koeman's reaction has been moving to a five man defense with Targett, Caulker, Fonte, Yoshida and Martina starting against Midtjylland with Romeu in front of them. That has meant that Tadic has been left on the bench for a third consecutive match after being yanked at halftime against Everton in Week 2. It may be that Tadic returns to the line-up once Jordy Clasie is available but we may be back to the second half of last season where Tadic was not a reliable starter.

Rudy Gestede gets his easiest matchup of the season in week four, at home against Sunderland.

Sunderland have allowed teams to shoot 19 times per game against them, highest in the league by a margin. They've also allowed nine goals in their first three matches, which were against Leicester, Norwich, and Swansea. There hasn't been much to be optimistic about at Sunderland, and Aston Villa can take advantage this week when they face them. Gestede should be licking his lips at the opportunities he'll have on Saturday.
