Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser is an injury doubt for the Cherries' GW5 clash with Leicester.

The Scotland international didn't make his national side's match day squad for their win over Albania during the international break. Fraser picked up a hamstring injury in training. At his pre-match press conference, Eddie Howe said: "Ryan Fraser had a hamstring problem so has been working with our medical team since he returned here." That sort of language points towards a place on the bench to me, with Jordon Ibe probably getting the nod. Howe also confirmed that Josh King has returned from his own international exploits unscathed.

Virgil van Dijk will miss the first game of a double-header with Chelsea in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday after suffering an injury setback.

Frustrated fantasy managers watched on as van Dijk trudged to the side-lines before the hour mark on Saturday, just five minutes before his clean-sheet had been locked in. However, Jurgen Klopp was quick to play down the severity of the Dutchman’s injury by revealing that he had started the game with a minor problem – a bruise on the ribs – which became uncomfortable after taking another knock there. "It’s not cool, but not too serious. It should be okay hopefully. I didn’t hear anything different." Defensively Liverpool are well-stocked following the return of Joel Matip - who started his first league game against Southampton - while Dejan Lovren is back on the training pitches and "close" after recovering from a pelvic problem.

Cardiff caught a City backlash on Saturday after the home side were hit for five by the Champions.

Following a midweek loss to Lyon in Europe, the Citizens wasted no time in taking the game to their hosts and scored three quick-fire goals to effectively end the game as a contest in the first half. And things didn’t improve for the Bluebirds in the second forty-five with defender Lee Peltier being stretchered off while receiving oxygen following an awkward fall. "He dislocated it [shoulder] I think. That sort of compounded the afternoon really," mused Neil Warnock following the loss. "I think he'll be out for a few months. That'll leave us a bit thin but hey-ho." The right-back was making only his second Premier League start of the season having lost his place to Bruno Ecuele Manga and he may not appear again in 2018. Peltier will be assessed and he could require surgery to help stabilise the joint.

Chelsea lost their perfect start to the season following a hard-fought draw at London-rivals West Ham.

Preparation for the Blues wasn’t ideal following their late return from Greece due to a cancelled flight. Chelsea had opened their Europa League campaign with a 1-0 win over PAOK on Thursday, but the victory came at a cost as Pedro was helped off deep into time added on due to a shoulder injury. "For us, he is very important because he is the best player we have with movement without the ball. We are trying to have him at the end of the week, but I don't know at the moment," Sarri revealed on Sunday. However, the Chelsea boss was a little more optimistic about Antonio Rudiger who limped off with a muscular problem at the Olympic Stadium. "I want to speak with the doctor, but I think nothing serious. Maybe three or four days, no more." Gary Cahill is now on standby after being handed his first minutes of the season.

Aaron Ramsey assisted on both Arsenal goals in a two minute stretch that saw the Gunners best Everton 2-0.

It wasn't a great Arsenal performance nor were either of Aaron Ramsey's assists things of beauty. In both cases, they were enough to give Arsenal a win. It was also the Gunners' first clean sheet of the season despite shaky defending for all of the first half and much of the second.

Jordan Pickford is among the worst in the Premier League in terms of goals conceded as their 2-0 loss brought the total to 11.

The company Pickford are keeping in terms of goals conceded include teams that have played Manchester City, face relegation, or both. Not good company to keep for Marco Silva's side who have not played City (or Liverpool) and should be well above the relegation zone come the end of the season. Still the defense is struggling enough that goals should be expected from Everton's opponents.

After a mid-week rest, Petr Cech was Arsenal's standout performer in the first half against Everton.

The former Chelsea goalkeeper was excellent in the first half as he made huge saves on Dominic Calvert-Lewin early and then Theo Walcott later in the half. The Gunners will need a heroic performance from Cech if the defense doesn't improve.

In their best defensive performance of the year, the Hammers were able to contain Chelsea. Unfortunately for them, they were unable to score leading to a 0-0 draw.

West Ham came out in this game looking to hit Chelsea on the counter but it was clear early on that they were missing their talisman in Marko Arnautovic. With Mikail Antonio leading the line, there wasn’t enough firepower up top to push the Hammers to victory. Their best chance fell to Andriy Yarmolenko in the 76th minute but the forward was unable to finish his chance. Next up, the Hammers will take on Macclesfield Town in the league cup and Manchester United in the league as the going is about to get tough for the team just above the relegation zone.

After playing well as a substitute, Lucas Torreira made his first Premier League start in Week 6 against Everton.

Looking for some additional defensive solidity, Unai Emery has elected to give Lucas Torreira his first Premier League start. Matteo Guendouzi was the player to make way.

Rudinger was substituted off for Gary Cahill in the 68th minute in Chelsea’s 0-0 draw with West Ham.

While the severity of Rudinger’s suspected groin injury is unknown at this time, it could offer an entryway for Gary Cahill to earn his way back into the Chelsea side. While the center back expressed that if he doesn’t play he would like to leave the club, if Chelsea rolls with him in the lineup, Cahill could keep his place.

Wilfried Zaha started and played a full 90 minutes despite sustaining a back/shoulder problem during the warmup.

During the warmup prior to the match, Zaha was escorted to the dressing room by the training staff while he held his back, just behind his neck. Zaha's news was the most noteworthy of the match, which ended in a 0-0 draw to give Aaron Wan-Bissaka and the Crystal Palace defense its second straight clean sheet.Palace had plenty of chances throughout the match and clearly looked the better side but Luka Milivojevic was unlucky to hit the post in 37th minute while Mamadou Sakho and James McArthur missed tap-ins in the final 10 minutes of the match that ended in a point for either team.

Burnley had easily their best performance of the season, exploding for four goals and keeping a clean sheet in an eye-opening 4-0 win over Bournemouth.

After struggling through the first month and change, Burnley had a coming out party today. Looking to find some goals up top, Sean Dyche handed Matej Vydra his first start and the move paid off with the striker grabbing the opening goal by sticking home a rebound of an Ashley Westwood shot. Two minutes later, it was 2-0 when Aaron Lennon found the net with a sliding half-volley from a Johann Berg Gudmundsson cross. Dyche made another smart move up top, introducing Ashley Barnes who would score a brace in four minutes, one from a rebound off the bar, another from a Lennon pass.
