It has seemingly been forever since Danny Graham scored a goal and that streak continued today as he started but didn't score in Hull's 2-0 loss to Arsenal.

In fairness to Graham, it isn't like his Hull City teammates scored or even created many chances. Graham did manage one of the Tigers' two shots on target but neither really troubled the Arsenal net as the Gunners maintained their lead atop the Premier League. With the January transfer window looming though, it is fair to wonder how many more chances Graham will have left before Hull City are forced to bring in another forward (Shane Long anyone?).

Chelsea have confirmed the return of Didier Drogba on a one year deal.

Drogba is a Chelsea legend, having won a Champions League, three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, and two League Cups during his time at the club. He has scored 157 goals in 341 Chelsea matches and is loved by Blues fans around the world. Drogba will probably be used off the bench as he is 36 years old and on the decline of his career. Despite that, he remains a solid target man who can be used at end of games when Chelsea need to get a goal. Using Drogba in fantasy will be a risky move unless Diego Costa suffers an injury.

Chiriches had a bright start to his Tottenham career before picking up a back injury that ruled him out for much of the second half of the season, and there have been constant rumours that the 24-year-old is unsettled in England. Leicester, QPR and Crystal Palace are interested in Tottenham's Lewis Holtby.

Holtby has never settled at White Hart Lane and spent the final few months of the last campaign on loan to Fulham. The midfielder is determined to get regular first team football this season, but a move away will depend on whether he can impress Mauricio Pochettino during pre-season. The 23-year-old's fitness and work-rate should do him plenty of favours, with the new Spurs manager a big fan of imposing a pressing game on opponents, so there is still a chance Holtby will be included in Tottenham's plans.

West Brom have continued their roster overhaul with the loan signing of young Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom.

West Brom continue to add numbers and versatility to their defensive corps with the signing of England U21 defender Andre Wisdom. At the fringes of the Liverpool squad for a few years and coming off a year-long loan with Derby County in the Championship last season, a step up to the bottom half of the Premier League makes sense for the player and both clubs. With Gareth McAuley returning, Joleon Lescott, Chris Baird and Sebastien Pocognoli already added, and Costa Rican right back Christian Gamboa reportedly on his way as well, it isn't clear that Wisdom will be a starter. The real question is whether he will win out over Baird as the primary reserve at center back and right back for the Baggies. Wisdom's one hope for starting action is that Gamboa's attacking strengths are utilized farther up the field.

Bosnia & Herzegovina midfielder Muhamed Besic is apparently moments away from signing with Everton as their official website has announced he is already travelling with the squad to Thailand.

The 21 year old Besic started games for Bosnia & Herzegovina in the World Cup and must have impressed Martinez enough to scoop him up. Besic is a defensive mid by trade, so the addition creates a bit of a log jam at the position. Gareth Barry signed a three year deal over the summer to make a permanent move, Darron Gibson is returning to fitness and James McCarthy was a regular in the Toffee XI last year. It is not a bad problem to have, but once Gibson is fit, Martinez will be tasked to please four players pushing for two spots.

Glenn Murray and Jake Gray were on target as Crystal Palace began their US tour with a 2-2 stalemate against Columbus Crew.

Murray continued his solid start to pre-season with his third goal in two games, as Palace were held to a draw in Ohio. The striker missed the majority of the Eagles' return to the Premier League last season as he recovered from a cruciate ligament injury, but he's looking sharp as Tony Pulis continued to ease him back in with another 45 minutes of action. As the club's designated penalty taker, Murray could prove a handy budget option for the Yahoo fantasy game, priced at less than £3million.

Gylfi Sigurdsson has completed his move to Swansea from Tottenham.

Sigurdsson spent the 2011/12 season on loan at Swansea from Hoffenheim and had an extremely successful spell, scoring seven goals, but the resulting move to Spurs never really worked out. He returns to the Liberty Stadium on a permanent basis as part of the deal that saw Ben Davies and Michel Vorm move in the opposite direction. The move makes sense for both the clubs and the player, and would also be good news for fantasy managers, with Sigurdsson likely to be handed a first team role and set piece duty under Garry Monk's stewardship.
