Manchester City are willing to accept a knockdown fee for Micah Richards.

Richards made just two Premier League appearances for the club last season and has fallen down the pecking order due to injuries and the form of Pablo Zabaleta. Reports suggest City are open to offers that would include significant add-ons based on appearances, given his injury history. Arsenal have been linked with a move for the right-back after Bacary Sagna moved in the opposite direction last month, while Newcastle and Liverpool have also shown interest.

Sergio Aguero returned in fine form after a three-match ban, as he scored twice in Manchester City's 3-1 win over Swansea City.

Aguero once again proved why he is one of the best strikers in the Premier League. The Argentine opened the scoring against Swansea with a superb strike in the 9th minute and added a second with a composed spot kick in the 65th. The victory was then sealed in the 77th minute when Raheem Sterling scored after a well worked counter-attack. Aguero has now scored five in four matches, while Manchester City remain atop the table and unbeaten this season.

Alexis Sanchez scored a goal and recorded an assist as Arsenal disposed of Chelsea at the Emirates, 3-0.

Arsenal were firing on all cylinders in a first half that saw Sanchez wreck havoc on Chelsea's defense. The Chilean made his first contribution of the match in the 11th minute, when he picked up a poor back pass, and chipped Courtois to take a 1-0 lead. Arsenal went on to extend their advantage three minutes later, through Theo Walcott, and again in the 40th minute. The third goal was a work of beauty as Sanchez clipped a ball, over Gary Cahill and David Luiz, to Meshut Ozil who struck a splendid volley over Courtois and in off the post. Sanchez's man of the match performance was central to Arsenal's fourth straight victory, while his goal saw him extend his scoring streak (three goals in his past two matches).

Cesc Fabregas made his first start of the season in Chelsea's 3-0 loss at Arsenal on Saturday.

Fabregas earned the start after scoring twice in the EFL Cup on Tuesday, but his inclusion in the starting XI wasn't enough to save Chelsea against his former club. The Blues were outplayed by Arsenal in the first half, conceding three goals before the interval, while the former Gunner was replaced in the 55th minute by defender Marcos Alonso. Fabregas, who started 33 matches and assisted on seven goals last season, has played just 87 minutes for Antonio Conte this campaign.

Fernando Llorente scored a goal (two shots on target) in Swansea City's loss to Manchester City on Saturday, 3-1.

Llorente leveled the match, with a crack of a finish, when he smashed a half-volley home in the 11th minute - his first goal of the season. However, a brace from Sergio Aguero and a late goal from Raheem Sterling saw Manchester City prove too much for the Swans to overcome. Swansea will look to bounce back next week - in another tough matchup - against Liverpool.

Manchester United squashed all the negativity surrounding their recent three game losing streak by exploding for four goals in the first half and comfortably disposing of Leicester City, 4-1.

There was one significant change for the Red Devils today and it has to be said it was the key to their success. Wayne Rooney was dropped for this one and Juan Mata was given a rare chance in the #10 role and he absolutely thrived in it, as United had a free-flowing attack we haven't seen for some time. They torched the Foxes with three goals from set pieces, the first of which came when Chris Smalling headed home a Daley Blind corner. Jesse Lingard then found Mata who struck with his left foot to make it 2-0. The rout was on from there. Another Blind corner was played short to Mata and he picked out Marcus Rashford who scored from point blank range. Then a final goal came whe Paul Pogba opened his account, heading home yet another Blind corner. You have to think Jose Mourinho will keep this new-look attack intact for United's next match against a poor Stoke City defense.

Salomon Rondon scored from a corner in stoppage time to cancel out Joe Allen's opener and rescue a point for traveling Albion.

It was always going to be something of a grinding affair between a side managed by Tony Pulis and one managed by Mark Hughes. It looked like the Potters were going to pick up their first win of the season until Salomon Rondon came through in stoppage time to win a good away point for Albion.

Joe Allen looked to have won the Potters their first match of the season before a late Albion goal forced a draw.

At home against West Brom is the sort of match that Stoke City need three points from. They were almost there but couldn't quite get it over the line. The single point has them firmly in the relegation zone after six matches.

Crystal Palace won its third straight Premier League match in come-from-behind fashion with a 3-2 result at Sunderland.

Christian Benteke secured his moment of fame in Palace fans' memory with a last-minute header to seal a comeback win from 2-0 down. After Jermain Defoe's second goal in the 60th, Joe Ledley answered back almost immediately to cut the lead to one. Ten minutes later, it was James McArthur's turn to add his name to the scoresheet to draw even with the Black Cats. Then, the Belgian forward headed in a cross from Lee Chung-yong for the 3-2 wins, with all three goals coming in the last half-hour.

A Ben Gibson goal got Middlesbrough back into the match against Tottenham but they would come up short in the end, losing to Spurs 1-2.

It was a one-sided affair for the majority of the match in favor of Spurs, with a chance by Alvaro Negredo in the 5th minute the only decent chance Boro could create. In the meantime, they would concede twice in the opening half hour and it looked as though Tottenham would stay in control. However, the momentum turned in the 65th minute when Stewart Downing crossed a free kick into the box and Gibson muscled his way to meet the ball with his head and beat Hugo Lloris. The goal breathed life into Riverside Stadium and Boro were the better side for the final 25 minutes. However, they fell short of finding an equalizer, with a chance for Jordan Rhodes looking the most promising. He could only shoot into the arms of Lloris though as Boro lose for the third time straight, picking up only one point in their last four.

Claudio Ranieri feels goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel could return in the Champions League next week despite media reports suggesting the Denmark international was set for an extended period on the sidelines.

Schmeichel was hoping to be back in the starting XI at Old Trafford following his recovery from a training ground head injury which left him with concussion. However, ahead of the trip, Ranieri revealed Schmeichel had complained of muscular discomfort and that a decision on his availability would be made in training: "Tomorrow I'll check. If it's nothing serious he'll play." The Foxes No.1 missed the 4-1 loss to a resurgent United side and when asked for an update on his keeper post-match, Ranieri replied: "I prefer to leave Schmeichel out because I didn't want to risk. I think he'll be back Tuesday [in the Champions League versus Porto]."

Bournemouth bounced back from a 4-0 loss to Manchester City with a 1-0 clean sheet win at home against Everton.

Bournemouth winger Junior Stanislas scored his first goal of the season in the 23rd minute after connecting with Harry Arter and blasting in a shot from outside of the box. Their only shot on target of the afternoon was all the Cherries needed to secure the three points against the Premier League's second-place team coming into the weekend. The usual back-line of Steve Cook, Simon Francis, Adam Smith and Charlie Daniels secured the clean sheet, their second of the season, at the Vitality Stadium.
