Grant Holt will have a medical at Wigan in advance of a move to the Championship club

Wigan need to bolster their attack having just sold leading scorer Aroune Kone to Everton. Holt was quickly becoming surplus-to-requirements at Norwich with the capture of Ricky van Wolfswinkel and possibly Ola Toivonen. It is a move that likely suits all involved.

Allan McGregor returns to action after missing approximately six weeks with a shoulder injury.

Hull City welcome back Allan McGregor to a squad that infamously was on the losing end of Burnley's first Premier League win in Week 11. They will hope to get a lift from not only McGregor but also Nikica Jelavic and Michael Dawson who are returning from injury issues of their own. All three players trained fully during the international break and should be ready to go.

Nikica Jelavic trained fully over the international break and is set to make his return from a knee injury.

Hull City are quietly dropping down the table and need the sort of boost that getting three starters back can provide for their Week 12 match with Spurs. Nikica Jelavic joins other returnees Michael Dawson and Allan McGregor in returning for the match at the KC Stadium. Despite Spurs poor showings of late, Hull City will be hard pressed to pick up points given their own rotten form.

Curtis Davies faces a fitness check on his sore back before Hull City's Week 12 home match against Spurs.

Hull City welcome back three key players in the form of Allan McGregor, Michael Dawson and Nikica Jelavic but that good could be undone if defensive rock Curtis Davies isn't available. The center back's, urm, back is hurting and Steve Bruce faces uncertainty over his ability to play as his club look to rebound from their horrible loss to Burnley in Week 11. You're going to have to wait until line-ups are out to decide what to do on this one.

After picking up a foot injury in Argentina's match against Portugal, Angel Di Maria will likely start against Arsenal in Week 12.

The circumstances surrounding Angel Di Maria's injury were odd indeed. The rash tackle was committed by another player who is on the United books (Nani) and it happened at Old Trafford. Not exactly "friendly", huh? Despite the worry, the post-match assessment indicated nothing more severe than a laceration that should be fine for the Week 12 trip to the Emirates.

Marc Wilson's recovery from a hamstring issue picked up against Spurs has not healed sufficiently for Mark Hughes to declare him likely to play against Burnley in Week 12.

With Burnley offering up light opposition at the Brittania in Week 12, there isn't a great deal of cause for Mark Hughes to try to rush Marc Wilson back from his injury. With Erik Pieters and Phil Bardsley both back to fitness, the Potters should be able to cover Wilson's spot comfortably. Some combination of Pieters, Bardsley, Cameron and Muniesa will join Ryan Shawcross in front of Asmir Begovic to face the Clarets.

Craig Gardner returns to the Baggies squad for Week 12 at Stamford Bridge after missing Week 11 through suspension.

Craig Gardner has been a significant presence for Alan Irvine this season and he is likely to return to the starting line-up for the sternest of Premier League tests in Week 12. The Baggies will need every bit of defensive fortitude available to them to withstand the team with the highest goal total in the league playing at home. He will be available but he shouldn't be on your "start" list unless you want to bet that Chelsea will have so much of the ball he'll get points from tackles and passes intercepted as West Brom try to park the bus.

Theo Walcott's injury issues continue with news that the attacking player is doubtful for Arsenal's Week 12 match against Manchester United.

Having just come back from a long layoff, it isn't surprising that some niggling injuries might crop up as the player's body gets used to playing competitive matches again. It is even less surprising when that player a) plays for Arsenal and b) is Theo Walcott. The speedy England man is a frequent visitor to the training room and supporters and fantasy managers shouldn't count on him for the weekend's marquee match-up.

Danny Welbeck (hamstring) and Alexis Sanchez (travel) will be assessed ahead of Arsenal's match with Manchester United with neither being 100% certain of starting.

Given the critical nature of the match-up, it seems likely that Arsene Wenger will start both players unless one or the other will either be significantly less than their best or at risk of making a small injury worse. Welbeck was withdrawn from England's friendly against Scotland on Tuesday and could be rested for United if Olivier Giroud is deemed fit enough and match-ready enough to start in his place. Alexis Sanchez would have to be in pretty rough shape from his international travels not to start given his form.

Radamel Falcao's injury concerns continue as Louis Van Gaal indicated in his weekly press conference that the Colombian forward would be out for the Week 12 match at the Emirates.

Manchester United's injury list for the match at bitter rival Arsenal is impressive indeed with Radamel Falcao joining Phil Jones, Jonny Evans, Marcos Rojo, Rafael, and Daley Blind as definitely out. Luke Shaw is a doubt after coming off against Scotland with a groin issue. David De Gea, Michael Carrick and Angel Di Maria all picked up injuries over the international break but are at least in contention if not probable to play. The starting line-up will be a source of major curiosity when it comes out tomorrow.

Facing a massive injury crisis, Manchester United get a lift from the potential availability of Michael Carrick after an injury kept him from suiting up for England.

Michael Carrick's groin issue that kept him out of England matches against Slovenia and Scotland left Louis Van Gaal unsure of whether his holding midfielder would be available for this weekend's trip to the Emirates. While he likely won't be 100%, the United team news lists Carrick as available and likely to start given the injury to Daley Blind.

Manchester City midfielder Fernando believes Premier League leaders Chelsea will eventually slip.

Chelsea have been unstoppable in the Premier League this season with the additions of this past summer, Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas, leading the way. Fernando believes that despite the improvements, Chelsea will eventually slip, opening the door for Manchester City to make a run at the title. The problem is less with Chelsea slipping and more with City, who have not been as good this year as they were last season. They will need Yaya Toure to return to form and Sergio Aguero to stay healthy if they're to make a run at the title.
