Florida State QB E.J. Manuel will attend the Senior Bowl in late January.

Manuel will be one of six quarterbacks attending, and we expect the other five to be USC's Matt Barkley, West Virginia's Geno Smith, Miami (OH)'s Zac Dysert, Arkansas' Tyler Wilson, and NC State's Mike Glennon, although a few may skip the event. Manuel needs to prove that he can shed the "project" label.

Ohio State CB Gareon Conley will meet with Cleveland police on Monday to discuss the accusation of rape being levied against him.

Conley is being accused of raping a Cleveland woman during an incident in a hotel bathroom on April 8. He has denied this very serious allegation. Monday will be his first meeting with the authorities regarding this case. It is difficult to gauge just how far Conley might slide in the draft given how little information is available, here, but for what it's worth, the OSU standout will no longer be attending Philadelphia's big show on Thursday.

Miami redshirt freshman QB Jack Allison will transfer.

This transfer is something of a surprising one, as while Allison did suffer a concussion and shoulder injury during an early scrimmage, there had been no indication that he was feeling antsy about his place with the Hurricanes. The 6-foot-5, 190-pounder was a four-recruit for the 2016 cycle. Should he transfer to another FBS program, he will have to sit out the 2017 season to satisfy NCAA transfer regulations. With Allison heading out the door, one of redshirt sophomore QB Evan Shirreffs or redshirt junior QB Malik Rosier figures to step into the shoes of the draft-bound Brad Kaaya come the start of the 2017 campaign.

Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline reports that the Seahawks and Falcons are in discussions to swap first-round picks.

The Falcons hold the No. 31 pick, while the Seahawks hold the No. 26 pick. According to Pauline, Atlanta would like to jump up in order to secure a top-tier pass-rusher, with Mizzou's Charles Harris "the name being floated" as their probable target. Pauline additionally passes along that should this trade happen, the Seahawks could be looking at Utah T Garrett Bolles with that No. 31 pick. Per the analyst, Atlanta would probably have to part with a fourth-round selection in compensation for the swap.

NFL Network's Michael Silver reports that the Browns have discussed trading up with "at least" three teams holding top-eight picks.

"I've learned that at least three teams in the top eight have been contacted by the Browns and discussions have taken place about the prospect of moving up," Silver said on Up to the Minute Live. The presumption here is that they would select Myles Garrett at No. 1, then trade up from the No. 12 pick in order to select UNC QB Mitchell Trubisky. This strikes as a bit more resourceful than simply using the No. 1 pick on Trubisky. If such a trade is consummated, it would likely happen once the draft itself has started.

Oklahoma DL Charles Walker has been taking Prozac to treat a depression diagnosis.

"I am excited and anxious to get back on the football field because now that my Depression is under control with the medication that I am taking," Walker wrote in a letter to NFL teams. He also struggled with concussion concerns during his time at Oklahoma before leaving the team this past October to begin his draft prep. At least on that front, he has been medically cleared. Walker's doctor, Ashley Benjamin, also contributed to the aforementioned letter, writing that "based on my military, coaching, and sport psychiatry backgrounds, I believe that Mr. Walker's depression is currently in full remission and is not a limitation for NFL-level competition." Walker is a probable late Day 2/Day 3 selection for this weekend's draft.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Ohio State CB Gareon Conley won't attend the NFL Draft.

News broke Tuesday that Conley has been accused of rape by a Cleveland woman for an incident in a hotel bathroom on April 9. Not much is known at this time outside of the fact that a police report was filed but no charges have been levied and no arrests have been made. Conley denies the allegation. Reports of his absence from the NFL Draft so soon after the news broke may suggest that Conley or his reps believe a drop out of Round 1 may be forthcoming.

Ohio State CB Gareon Conley was accused of rape in a police report filed by a Cleveland woman.

No charges have been filed, no arrests have been made, and Conley hasn't yet spoken with police. The alleged victim said Conley raped her in a hotel suite bathroom on April 9. She called 911, and a rape kit was administered at a local hospital. The alleged victim refused to speak with police after that. Conley adamantly denies the allegations and his attorney called the claims "ludicrous and ridiculous." Conley was likely to go in the top-14 before this. Regardless of the validity of this claim, he may be in for a fall lower than that now. The NFL has only a little more than 48 hours to gather information about this incident before Thursday night's Round 1.

Clemson QB Deshaun Watson warned teams against taking UNC's Mitchell Trubisky ahead of him in the 2017 NFL Draft.

"You're gonna have to live with the consequences that come with it," Watson said on NFL Network's Good Morning Football. "That's how I see it. I try to stay in my lane. I try not to take the path. I respect Mitch and what he's done and all the hype he's getting, but at the same time, my result speaks for itself. I feel like I've accomplished everything that I could. I guess if that's who they're gonna roll with, so be it." Trubisky and Watson are expected to be the first two quarterbacks picked during Thursday night's Round 1, with most assuming that Trubisky will be the first to hear his name called. Rotoworld's Josh Norris, however, believes the Bears may be interested in Watson at No. 3. Norris slotted Watson there in his most recent mock, with Trubisky going No. 10 to the Bills.

A medical report on Washington CB Sidney Jones (Achilles) sent to all 32 teams on Monday lays out a 4-6 month recovery timeline.

Jones ruptured his Achilles at his pro day workout in March. This timeline suggests he'll be healthy sometime between mid-July and mid-September. That obviously puts the beginning of his rookie season in doubt and fogs up his NFL Draft projection. At this point, Jones is hoping to go in Round 2.

On Monday, Texas RB D'Onta Foreman revealed that his infant son died during the season.

Foreman told NFL Network that his son, D'Onta Jr., was born prematurely and died at 7 weeks old due to an intestinal infection. "I really didn't know how to feel," Foreman said. "I was like numb. I felt like something was taken away from me before I had a chance to experience it." Foreman didn't disclose the tragedy en route to his 2,028 yards and the Doak Walker Award, given to the nation's top running back. "It was just something about that game, it was like, 'I'm doing it for my son. I'm leaving it all out here,'" Foreman said.

The MMQB's Peter King states the Colts and new GM Chris Ballard are "desperate" for a pass rusher and linked them to one in the first round.

Some might be surprised to hear that, since the Colts added Jabaal Sheard, John Simon and Barkevious Mingo in free agency. However, each of those contracts can be whittled down to short term deals, meaning the colts need a mainstay on the outside. Ballard comes from the Chiefs, where they deployed Justin Houston, Tamba Hali and Dee Ford. We buy the first round love and think Tyus Boswer or Charles Harris or Takk McKinley in round two make sense.
